This Design/Build project is a new Retail/Distribution facility for Gensco, a company that manufactures and distributes sheet metal and products for the HVAC industry. This facility will serve the entire northwestern corner of Washington from Gig Harbor to Port Angeles. The facility utilizes concrete tilt up construction, and represents the prototype effort by Gensco to create a new look for their showrooms.
