TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Combination Concrete Tilt-Up & Exterior CMU

WPC’s reputation for experience and competence won us the contract for Tacoma Screw Products’ Kent retail store, a 13,500 square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse with retail space and administrative offices. This led to our next project, which was the relocation of their corporate headquarters in Tacoma using the design/build method of delivery. The new facility is a 65,000 square foot building utilizing soil nailing, reinforced walls, 38 foot high concrete tilt up panels, and large span steel trusses.

Most recently, WPC completed two other design/build facilities for Tacoma Screw Products, both of which are 10,000 sf retail facilities. One is located in Yakima, and another in Pasco that is modeled after the Yakima building. WPC is currently working with Tacoma Screw Products on two upcoming design/build projects planned in Frederickson and in Spokane.
