Pre-construction services include:

• Investigate the existing building site.
• Prepare a comprehensive schedule for all activities.
• Prepare a detailed baseline estimate.
• Prepare interim estimates on design options.
• Review details for constructability.
• Assist in material selection and evaluate value by comparing initial lifecycle costs.
• Procure long-lead materials early to reduce overall construction schedule.
• Prepare a comprehensive budget that includes all soft costs, construction costs, FF&E, and opening costs.
