As corporate headquarters for one of Washington’s largest timber and development companies, this upscale building was designed in a handsome northwest style that includes the abundant use of natural materials (stone and wood). Cathedral ceilings and spectacular views are highlights of the “Scandinavian Lodge” style building. The open post and beam construction, together with plenty of natural light and a rich interior, makes this building a very attractive facility.

WPC’s success on this project was evident by the Owner coming back to us when they were ready to do an expansion of their facility. The expansion accommodated both the immediate and future needs of this growing company, formerly known as Pope Resources.
