Supporting the Peninsula Yacht Club Marina, this $2 million office/retail building houses a 12,500 square foot office/retail space above a 9,000 square foot parking garage as well as basement/retail space. The building consists of two wood structures, 2 stories each, that make up the main office and retail space, with a 3,000 square foot patio connecting the two structures.

Olympic Resource Management Headquarters
Poulsbo, Washington

As corporate headquarters for one of Washington's largest timber and development companies, this 28,000 square foot upscale building was designed in a handsome northwest style that includes the abundant use of natural materials (stone and wood). The open post and beam construction, together with plenty of natural light and a rich interior, makes this a very attractive facility. WPC also completed an expansion to accommodate both the immediate and future needs of this growing company, formerly known as Pope Resources.

The Russell Family Foundation Headquarters
Gig Harbor, Washington

Located on Gig Harbor's historic waterfront, this project is the new home of the Russell Family Foundation. The 56,000 square foot underground concrete structure has a two-level parking garage and two levels of office space. The roof features a public interpretive landscape park.

This project earned LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Metagenics Headquarters and Tenant Improvements
Gig Harbor, Washington

This 14,000 square foot tenant improvement project allowed Metagenics' office and clinic facilities to join their manufacturing and shipping departments already located in Gig Harbor, forming a business campus atmosphere. The office features an open mezzanine for the Marketing Department, a library, a clinic, and offices for corporate personnel.
