Balfour Dock Phase II, Foss Waterway Development Authority:
WPC was selected as the design/build contractor for the Phase II improvements
to this historic building, which houses the Working Waterfront Maritime Museum
(WWMM). The overall scope of work includes expanding the WWMM, construction
of a boat building shop, classrooms, conference center, theater, café, store,
administrative spaces and enhanced outdoor spaces.
