Repair Boiler Plant B734/853, Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM)

Awarded in August 2010, this design-build project consists of providing three economizers at Bldg. 734, Central Steam Plant, for boiler flue gas heat recovery to pre-heat the boiler feed water using heat in the flue gas.  It also includes the demolition of the existing diesel-fired burner on the boiler at Bldg. 853, and providing a new high efficiency burner and draft fan.

Install Fire Sprinkler / Alarm Systems, PAX Terminal B1179, (JBLM)

Awarded in January 2011, this design-build project involves installing a new wet and dry pipe sprinkler system throughout McChord Field’s airport terminal.  The Fire Alarm system will be upgraded throughout the facility, making Building 1179 meet NFPA and UFC Fire Codes.
