This 20-acre business campus in west Gig Harbor is being developed by WPC. To date, WPC has designed and constructed over 100,000 square feet of office, industrial, and warehouse space within the Northarbor Business Campus located on Burnham Drive in Gig Harbor. When completed, the campus will have over 250,000 square feet of multi-tenant manufacturing, warehouse, office and research facilities.

WPC has recently completed a Design/Build tenant improvement office facility for Metagenics, a corporation that produces nutritional supplements and medical foods to the healthcare industry worldwide. The facility is located in Building #16 within the Northarbor Business Campus. The office houses product development, research, education, and manufacturing facilities for the company.
