This building is a 66-room hotel with a spectacular view of Mount Rainier, located in Gig Harbor.

The project included partial demolition and renovation of an existing building into a three-story hotel and a four-star restaurant and lounge.

WPC, in conjunction with the owner and architect, worked closely with the City of Gig Harbor to ensure that the final structure conformed to the very strict design requirements of the historic town.
