Sun Mountain Lodge Robinson Addition

This project was a 24-unit addition to the existing lodging facilities. WPC was awarded an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated General Contractors of Washington for this project.

Design/Build Pacific Beach Recreation Lodge Upgrades
Pacific Beach Resort, Washington

Pacific Beach was a true Design/Build renovation of a 1956 government barracks into a comfortable hotel. The existing 27 guest rooms were completely remodeled and a new third story was added to include guest suites. A new dining room and a lounge were added to the existing dining area. The entrance and lobby received a face-lift with the addition of a new port cochere and pitched roofing.

The Inn at Gig Harbor
Gig Harbor, Washington

The Inn at Gig Harbor is a 64-room hotel with a spectacular view of Mount Rainier. The design/build project included partial demolition and renovation of an existing building, as well as the addition of three stories and a four-star restaurant and lounge. The owner and architect worked closely with the City of Gig Harbor to ensure that the final structure conformed to the very strict design requirements of this historic town.
