LOCATION: Tacoma, WA BUILDING SF: 4,986 TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Renovation; Wood Frame with Exterior Brick Masonry This building is a 110 year old un-reinforced masonry structure that was totally gutted and remodeled to create an updated, upscale office environment.
This project and BOE architects received recognition for "Outstanding Achievement in Historic Preservation" from the City of Tacoma and the Tacoma Landmarks Preservation Commission.
The overall reaction from the Owner and their representatives was very positive with comments.
