This design-build renovation project for Kitsap Cardiology Consultants consisted of the demolition and remodel of an existing 10,780 square foot facility.

Early on in the process, WPC began meeting with the Owner, who had raised concerns that they might not have the funding to build the project. Utilizing our experience and knowledge gained through many years of design-build contracting, WPC worked diligently with the Owner and Architect to develop a design that would be consistent with the budget established.

The project was completed on time, within budget, and to the total satisfaction of the Owner, resulting in a “win-win” situation for all parties involved.
