The Sahalee Country Club is a 43,000 square foot clubhouse that includes spacious locker rooms, women’s lounge, men’s card room, Pro Shop, and kitchen. WPC was selected as the General Contractor during schematic design and participated in cost estimating and value engineering for five months prior to start. In addition to constructing the facility, WPC provided all levels of preconstruction services, from assistance in material selection, to building systems and mechanical and electrical design.
