This Design/Build clubhouse involved a fast-track design and construction schedule of only ten months. The impressive 17,000-square-foot facility combines excellent craftsmanship blended with natural materials to provide a pleasing and functional design, taking advantage of the beauty of the surroundings. The facility includes a pro shop, snack bar, and dining room. WPC received an Outstanding Contractor Performance Evaluation for “quality of work, timely performance, and effectiveness of management and safety” on this project.
