WPC was involved in The Fairwood Golf Club Project for one year prior to its construction, evaluating multiple design schemes to maximize the value to the owner. This very complicated, multi-phase project involved demolition of the existing Recreation Center and swimming pool, and construction of a new Recreation Center and Pool while working simultaneously on the renovation and expansion of the Pro Shop and Clubhouse. All three buildings opened on schedule.
