Sahalee Golf and Country Club

The Sahalee Country Club is a 43,000 square foot clubhouse that includes spacious locker rooms, women’s lounge, men’s card room, Pro Shop, and kitchen. WPC was selected during schematic design and participated in cost estimating and value engineering for five months prior to start. WPC provided all levels of preconstruction services, from assistance in material selection, to building systems and mechanical and electrical design.

The Members Club at Aldarra
Fall City, Washington

The Members Club at Aldarra is an 18,000 square foot, two-story clubhouse that includes a Pro Shop, restaurant, lounge area, locker rooms, and a library. The interior features custom wood trim throughout, highlighting the casework and fireplace. WPC was selected early on and worked closely with the owner and architect during numerous value engineering and design items.

Fircrest Golf Clubhouse
Fircrest, Washington

This 34,700 square foot, $3.5 million lodge-style clubhouse was under construction while the existing facility remained open. It features banquet facilities for 300 people, complete commercial kitchen, members’ area with fine dining, locker room, and pro shop with a basement for cart storage. Canopies were constructed with heavy poles and timbers that feature superb craftsmanship. A stone fireplace, stone detail at the foundation, and shingle siding add to the Northwest look.
