This is one of 12 branch projects WPC has completed for Rainier Pacific Bank.

This Spanaway branch building, located on Pacific Highway, differs slightly from the other branches, as the large radius front has been reduced to a small protruding radius, but it still retains the familiar CMU/stucco finish.
