Located on Pacific Highway in Spanaway, this is the twelfth project WPC has completed for Rainier Pacific Bank. One distinctive feature of this building is the pyramid skylight which reaches 32 feet into the air.

Kitsap Bank
Gig Harbor, Washington

Being one of five facilities WPC has built for Kitsap and Olympic Bank, this $1.19 million project displays an exterior facade of elegant imported German ceramic tile. The other locations (Belfair, Sequim, Bremerton, and Port Angeles, all in Washington state) are wood-framed structures with cedar shingle siding.
