Clover Park Personal Care Services Center
Lakewood, Washington
This $4.9M project located at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood Washington includes a 20,000 square foot renovation and 10,000 square foot addition to the Personal Care Building. The goal of the project is to enlarge the Cosmetology Department for hair cutting, manicures, and massage, and also to provide a basic medical clinic.

Clover Park Technical College New Student Center

The new Student Center at the Lakewood Campus of Clover Park Technical College is a $11.6M facility consisting of a new 48,000 square foot one-story Student Center. The Student Center contains a bookstore, student activity spaces, kitchen/servery, bistro, multi-purpose rooms, clothing retail and floral retail programs.

Whiteman Education Center
Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri
The Whiteman AFB Education Center and library consists of the design and construction of a 54,000 square foot multi-use education facility and lecture hall, accompanied by a 10,000 square foot Library facility for soldier and family use.

Wheelock Student Center
This remodel of the 1950’s era Wheelock
Student Center was accomplished in a very tight three-month schedule.
All work, including a new basement, espresso cafe, and remodeled
dining hall did not begin until graduation day and was completed
prior to freshman orientation. This Design/Build project is the first
of a two-phase plan for the building.
The Servery and Cellar
The Servery and Cellar project
started as a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and cafeteria.
Restoration of the Servery included all new equipment, porcelain tile
flooring, and wood drop-in ceilings. The Cellar is a 32,000-sf student
lounge offering pizza and games. The entire project was begun on May 4,
1998, and was completed by August 28, in time for the new school year.


KC-135 Flight Simulator
Spokane, Washington
This was a two-phase project consisting of a new 17,100 sf addition to house new full motion flight simulators and the supporting classrooms. Phase two of the project was the remodel of 1,500 sf of the existing facility. This project required detailed coordination with the client to facilitate the continued operation of the flight simulators while the new simulators were installed.

Gig Harbor High School
Gig Harbor, Washington
WPC completed this 120,000-square-foot, three-phase addition and remodel while occupied, two months ahead of schedule, and at a savings of one-half million dollars from value engineering ideas.
Phase 1 consisted of a new masonry classroom building, new concrete
tilt-up gymnasium, and a new science addition. Phase 2 was the complete
renovation of existing space, including upgrading portions of the
food service area and a new administration area. Phase 3 consisted
of renovation of the old administration area into classrooms and music
area.
