TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Interior Remodel

WPC was selected for this project very early in the design process. The scope of work was jointly developed by the University, the design team, and WPC to maximize the extent of work while staying within the established budget and schedule.

The project was, in essence, a complete demolition and remodel of the building interior. Construction was completed on time in 12 weeks. Through value engineering, WPC was able to return savings to the University.
