TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Structural Steel Framing with Combination of Metal, Wood, & Masonry Facades.

The new Student Center at the Lakewood Campus of Clover Park Technical College is a $11.6M facility consisting of a new 48,000 square foot one-story Student Center. The Student Center contains a bookstore, student activity spaces, kitchen/servery, bistro, multi-purpose rooms, clothing retail and floral retail programs.
