TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Structural Steel Framing with Exterior Metal Siding & Brick Veneer

This $4.9M project located at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood Washington includes a 20,000 square foot renovation and 10,000 square foot addition to the Personal Care Building. The goal of the project was to enlarge the Cosmetology Department for hair cutting, manicures, and massage, and also to provide a basic medical clinic.
