WPC has established effective project management principles for construction projects that assure success for all parties.
WPC’s Project Managers and Superintendents have the experience, qualifications, and the authority to make all necessary decisions that affect the final outcome of each project. We treat our subcontractors as “co-contractors”, promoting a teamwork atmosphere and an awareness of their role in the successful completion of the project.
In addition, WPC employs highly skilled union craftspeople to ensure the highest quality construction on each and every project. Many of our carpenters have been employed with WPC for more than 10 years and have developed the skills and talent to move into supervisory roles within the company.
