This was a design/build project where WPC was selected through an intense competition process.

The 30,000-square-foot facility was designed for a myriad of functions: it includes a Chapel, a social hall, kitchen, classrooms and administrative support areas for staff. The facility supports family care and readiness services; it provides pastoral and religious support; and it is a center for a variety of essential community activities.

The success of this project earned WPC an “Excellence in Construction” award from the Associated General Contractors of Washington.
