Alliance Church of Fox Island
Gig Harbor, Washington

This complex project included a 14,000 square foot addition and renovations to the existing facility as well as a complete overhaul of the parking and landscaping areas. The project presented several challenges, including problems with the existing structure as it tied together with the addition. The WPC crew performed last-minute structural upgrades of the sanctuary timber trusses during the last weeks of construction to resolve this problem. The church remained open during the entire construction process, and the new addition was completed in time for Christmas services.

Community Support Facility
Bremerton, Washington

WPC was selected to perform this design/build project through a competition process. The 30,000-square-foot facility was designed for a myriad of functions: it has a multi-purpose room for social events and religious activities, classrooms, a library, and offices for chaplains and counselors. It serves both the military and civilian needs of the Jackson Park naval housing complex in Bremerton.

St. Mary's Episcopal Church
Lakewood, Washington

WPC was awarded two separate projects at this historic church. The first was an example of a very fast-track design, consisting of a 2,900-square-foot addition with a 4,200-square-foot remodel. Construction started as the final working drawings were being completed. Through close cooperation and trust in the skill of and integrity of WPC, detailed drawings were not required, saving time and money. This project was completed and put into use in less than five months. The second was a 10,000-square-foot Design/Build central addition with classrooms, nursery, administration offices, music room, and foyer, with a 1,000-square-foot Sacristy addition.

Brooklake Community Church
Federal Way, WA

WPC has completed this 8,000 square foot addition to the Brooklake Community Church facility. The addition is a wood framed structure that houses the new Children's Worship Area.
