As a mid-Size General Contracting firm with a focus on Design/Build, WPC maintains a construction volume of $30 million per year building unique, challenging, and diversified projects.

WPC has embraced design/build as the preferred mode of project delivery for over 15 years and has completed over 50 design/build projects ranging in size from $500,000 to over $10 million. Our success in design/build development began in the early 1990's with design/build projects for the federal government as well as private developers. Since the mid 1990's WPC has worked to develop and streamline in house processes and procedures to support this design/build method of project delivery. WPC recognizes the importance of having a balance between Time, Cost and Quality in each project and believes design/build allows a tremendous opportunity for successful implementation.
